This is our HOME, that we are sharing with guests. We provide coolers, two beach chairs, and snorkel gear for your convenience. You can park your car a few feet away from the door for easy unloading.

We have the LARGEST 1st fl. living space in the resort (1 bedrooms) with wall to wall glass door on the 1st floor, a FIRST in the resort, with spectacular views from both floors now.
- 1st & 2nd floors completely re-painted with warm Caribbean colors
- Kitchen was updated withlarge farm-style sink with hot water and a new
stovetop
- Expanded front patio with lattice and redesigned Garden withbird bath
and feeder
- Outdoor shower. The only one on front row of homes.
- Privacy wall was installed on the second-floor patio. The only one on the
entire front row of homes.
- All new appliances from the USA and new Futon mattressand frame
- TVon 1 st. floor with hundreds of channels in various languages and a
- Smart TV in master bedroom
- Electronic lock on entry door. No more keys!

- A fan was installed on upstairs outside patio wall.

It is just a 30-second walk to the resort's salt-water pool, offering proximity without sacrificing peace and privacy. Situated between two sets of stairs leading to the turquoise water, and close to a shady gazebo ideal for relaxation. The second-floor master bedroom suite, expanded by 40%, opens onto a balcony with an awning and breathtaking views of marine life. A custom-made desk/drawer combo is perfect for a remote office setup, equipped with fast WIFI and hard-wired internet. Upgraded features like wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, screened windows, and a new louvered kitchen entry enhance ventilation and security. The townhouse is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a large fridge with an icemaker, microwave-air fryer combo, blender, toaster, cooktop, smart TV, hot water on demand, air conditioners, ceiling fans, dining areas on the balcony and lanai, and a charcoal grill. Divers will appreciate the extra rod and equipment hangers in the first-floor bath. Linens, towels, pool/beach towels, and secure storage are provided, and a contact person is available for assistance throughout the day.
